7.5 hrs Continuing Education: “Preservation 101”

Join LW! for a full day workshop: “Preservation 101”
Ideal for Real Estate Professionals (Approved for 7.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Credit)

Need more Continuing Education credits before year’s end? Have fun learning about historic New York buildings while you earn credits. Plus-the more you know about historic buildings, the easier it is to sell them!

This seminar (back by popular demand!) is designed for brokers who buy and sell properties in historic districts. Expert speakers will discuss the history of development of the Upper West Side, working with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, and regulatory aspects of living in a landmark building and historic district.

When: Wednesday December 7, 2016, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Where: Macaulay Honors College, 35 W 67 Street
Registration: Register online or contact LW! to reserve a seat & pay by check
Cost: $100 for LW! members; $125 for non-members
Participants will receive a New York State certification for 7.5 hours of study approved by the Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 868 of the Laws of 1977.
