Welcome to KPF@Home!
Landmark West! is here to support families during these uncertain times.
Today it is more vital than ever to stay connected with one another and with our communities.
LW realizes that you have a lot on your plate: answering your kids’ questions, filling their time, and supporting their remote learning.
We’re excited to announce that Landmark West’s KPF@Home initiative is here to help!
Our Education team is working hard to migrate our in-classroom programs to online content. New programs are been added weekly, with new ideas also going up on our resources page regularly.
Please use these LW! resources however they work best for you. You can get your children started independently or explore together. All of our activities focus on learning about New York City and Upper West Side history, buildings, and architecture. We hope they help build strong connections with the city and its neighborhoods, encourage family and classroom conversations, and foster creativity.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an online session for your virtual classroom, or explore on your own from home!
KPF and KPF@Home is made possible by the contributions of Council Members Helen Rosenthal and Mark Levine, as well as the New York State Council of the Arts (NYSCA) and the Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA). With their support, Landmark West’s KPF program offers a suite of seven 3-part courses aligned with the NYC Core Curriculum in Upper West Side public schools for free every year.
