Alterations: A rooftop addition was made and two stories were added to east wing in 1956 (Alt 546-1956). The West 66th Street facade has been refaced, and window/door openings on the facade have been filled in. New windows have been installed on the upper levels. Windows and doors on the West 67th Street facade have also been replaced. The West wing (former stable) was demolished in 1983 (Demo 307-1982, Owner: American Broadcasting Co., Inc.; Wrecker — Cross Bay Wrecking Co.) by owner ABC and a new building was constructed (not within the boundaries of the Historic District).
