LW’s film series “The Wild Wild West Side” kicked off with an evening devoted to The Cinematic Cityscape of Woody Allen. A capacity crowd joined Paula Uruburu, Professor of English and Film Studies at Hofstra University, for a cinefantastic tour of the UWS as seen through the nostalgic and neurotic lens of NYC’s quintessential filmmaker, circa 1977-1986.
