Beautiful fall weather on Halloween Eve inspired a great turnout for a “spirit” inspired LW! walking tour. West 69th Street put on a great stoop show (begging the question “where do you store a giant fuzzy spider in the off season?”) and guide Rob Amell painted a vivid picture of the 1880s UWS villages that once were.
