Up…up….up we went! From the magical Lotus Garden hidden atop a parking garage to a 10th floor rooftop paradise at West End Ave to a 14th floor perch above Broadway with views of the Hudson, the “Rooftop Garden Tour of the UWS” group enjoyed glorious vines and vistas across the West 90s. Kudos and thanks to our guide, Leslie; hosts Nancy and Debora; and the intrepid LWers who pushed through that extra flight of stairs for a wonderful reward of blue skies, butterflies, and cool breezes.
