Description:  Nos. 303 and 305, display similar ornate facades to No. 301. At ground level, the central entrances are flanked by Doric columns. Some second story windows are richly adorned by pediments behind balustrades above the English basements. A bracketed metal cornice separates the fourth floor from the unadorned attic story.

No. 301 has a projecting bay rising the height of the building. Stone ornament is restricted to the second and third floors where it enframes the triple windows. There are two small balconies with iron railings on the second and fourth floors.
