Description:Â No. 322 West 106th Street, by Robert D. Kohn, is a companion to the River Mansion (337 Riverside Drive) and of buff-colored brick. The entrance is in the west bay and is surrounded by heavy rusticated blocks and ornate carving. The parlor floor boasts two French windows, elaborately framed in limestone. The roof dormers are given prominence by pediments set on pilasters. In scale and detail, the house handsomely complements its neighbor.
