Description:  No. 331 has a masonry basement with a central entrance. There, a rounded arch is flanked by fluted three-quarter engaged columns. On the brick parlor floor the windows are similar to those of No. 333, while the third floor windows are more deeply recessed than at the other buildings. The central third floor window has triple lights, accented by a handsome iron balcony, unusual carvings and stone enframement. A dormer window extends the width of the building at the fifth floor.
